Financial donations provide much needed support to DCRA.  Without these gifts, DCRA would be unable to sustain the high level of services we so proudly provide. Donations received are typically unrestricted dollars from individuals, corporations and foundations to help bridge the gap between Medicaid funding and the real cost of supporting people with developmental disabilities.

This is accomplished in three ways:

   1) It allows us to use your gift wherever the need is greatest.

   2) It maintains essential functions like quality employment, daily activities, volunteer and 

       recreation service, and much more.

   3) It also helps with things like utilities, fuel, building maintenance and vehicle maintenance.

 

Donations are vital to the future of DCRA and the people we support. Consider a donation to the annual fund today – you can rest assured that your donation is going to very, very good use.

​​​​We also gratefully receive in-kind donations that help off-set the costs of our programmatic and operational work – whether that be crafting supplies, services, food for special events, or whatever you can offer, we can and will put it to good use in the service of our mission.

• Learning or educational materials (ie. flash cards, books, pocket charts. etc)
